It is Further Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed, that the State Health Commissioner of the State of Michigan shall, on the presentation of a certified copy of the order, register said birth as is provided by Act No. 35 of the Public Acts of 1931 for the State of Michigan. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Mom's Club, Maccabees, OES and the Pythian Sisters. Mrs. Butler is survived by 4 sons, Dale Hyder of Parchment, Louis Hyder of Tucson, Ariz., Garold Hyder of Pine Lake and Charles Butler of Kalamazoo; 3 daughters, Mrs. June Parsons of Oscoda, Mrs. Esther Earle and Mrs. Barbara Pallett of Plainwell; one sister Miss Mildred Shelp of Pine Lake; 14 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; one niece and one nephew. Friends may call at the Marshall & Gren Funeral Home. Services will be held at the Presbyterian Church Saturday at 1:30 o'clock, Rev. John Fuhrmeister officiating. Interment in Hillside Cemetery. Friends who wish to do so, may make comtributions to the Cancer Fund.
